Meet Keri

CEO and Co-founder - Abbracci Group
Dr. Keri Ohlrich, with over two decades in HR leadership, embodies a passion for transforming workplaces into thriving ecosystems. As co-founder of Abbracci Group, co-author of "The Way of the HR Warrior", and co-author of "Whatever the Hell You Want" her mission is clear: empowering people to excel. Through The Breakout podcast with Kelly, Keri delves into the narratives of those who break boundaries and embody change. Dr. Ohlrich's diverse career includes leadership positions ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to co-founding Abbracci Group, she played a pivotal role in redesigning and implementing HR processes, leading large change management programs, building and coaching teams and reshaping HR departments. She is certified in Prosci® change management methodology, Caliper personality assessment and the Denison Cultural Assessment and an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Dr. Ohlrich earned her PhD in Human Development and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She also holds an MS in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, an MS in Global Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a BS in Psychology and Business from Carnegie Mellon University. Beyond her professional endeavors, Keri channels her skills as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, advocating for children's welfare. Based in Southern California with her family and two Dachshunds, Keri's passion resonates in her commitment to enhancing workplace dynamics and enriching lives beyond organizational boundaries.

Meet Kelly

COO and Co-founder - Abbracci Group
Kelly Guenther is the co-founder of Abbracci Group, co-host of The Breakout podcast and co-author of "Whatever The Hell You Want" in which she brings a holistic approach to People and Talent, focusing not only on the organization but also on the individuals who create teams. She has led sales training programs and certification processes for over 500 VPs, sales executives, and branch managers. Her unique leadership style allows for opportunities to diagnose needs and offer solutions through a deep understanding of the people, processes, and practices involved. Kelly holds a Master of Education from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), as well as a certified Prosci® change management practitioner along with a variety of personality assessments including Caliper, iPEC Energy Leadership Index (ELI), and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Kelly lives in Southern California with her rescue dog, Stone. She is an advocate for animals, ensuring they find happy and healthy forever homes.
